Customer Care

All claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via e-mail, at tstarcollectionclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please include digital photos of all angles of the clothing for review. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value. Damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received. Please note that the product’s life expectancy depends on the individual wearing the product, the condition of use and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Items do stretch, but they may not go up one or more sizes.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 business hours of the purchase. Customers requesting order cancellation outside of this time frame will be permitted to receive store credit for the order and may be subject to a 60% restocking fee. We apologize for any inconvenience.
